Sandbox
Same validation rules as production, nothing actually transmitted.
The sandbox runs the same code and the same Oman validation rules as production. The single difference is that nothing leaves the building: documents are generated, validated and stored, but never transmitted over AS4 and never reported to the Tax Authority.

Transactions in the sandbox advance through the full status sequence on a short timer, so you can
exercise your webhook handling without sending anything real. To simulate failure, send to the
reserved participant 0248:OM0000000000 — delivery fails with transaction.failed.
